Hi Adroits,

IVP has started, one down 3 more to go for the group stage.
I know many of you are sad with the results, but now it's not the time to think so much. Just got to think of what will you do to win the remaining 2 games.
I know it's been a tough games yesterday, stretch a lot and drink more water today because tomorrow another tough game will be up against you.

And for those who are facing different kind of pain, ice them stretch and rest more! Get yourself ready because i know all of you want to win the group stage.

Every team face failure, being a good team you got to accept failure and learn from it. Because once you learn from it, it will make the team stronger, because you will not commit another mistake that you did in the pass.

All of you got to start communicating and stay as a team before the game, do not spoil the team spirit. Encourgae each other on and off court, be serious, be tough, be confident.
And to win the game with a good fighting spirit. Do not give up once a goal is conceded, fight it back, because you have time. Cheer for each other when you see your team mate is down. Encourage your keepers. Players to protect your goalies, be fiercer than your opponents. Be stronger than your opponent.

And most importantly remember who you are playing for, for the team not for yourselves. Show the opponent that Adroits is playing as a team not playing alone. Because TEAMWORK will help you to find the game. Attack together and defence together, by doing so they will have hard times penetrating through.
REMEMBER TO LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR COACH HAVE TO SAY, HAVE THE DISCIPLINE TO DO WHAT YOU ARE TOLD TO DO.
