for our big day: POL-ITE
Things to bring for POL-ITE:-Jersey (both green and white)
-Floorball stick (bring extra stick just in case)
-Court Shoes
-Long black sock
-Facial towel
-AT LEAST 1.5L of water bottle
Identification purpose:
-Student card/IC
Optional:
-guards (e.g. knee guard, ankle guard)
-Ipod/music player
-Food: Energy bar/banana
-Drink: 100 plus/H-TWO-O
-self medication (e.g. asthma medication, panadol)
NOTES:
-Please be there straight after your lesson, latest you must reach by 4.45pm. Also mean that by 5pm, you must be in your jersey and shoe on.
-NO MORE EATING after 5pm (to allow your stomach to digest)
-Especially for those need taping, please reach early just in case. (sorry i am unable to confirm what time the physiotherapist will be coming)
-Have enough sleep the day before and drink more water to hydrate.
