Sports Psychology workshop
the school will be organizing a sports psychology workshop for our rp sports teams, to support our preparation for POL-ITE Games. ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY!!!! workshop will be conducted by renowned local sports psychologist, Edgar Tham, and it is indeed a good opportunity for the team to learn from the best. A. Schedule of the workshop is as follows:
Date: Tuesday, 29th Sept, 9.30am – 12pm.
Venue: LT (to be confirmed)
Bring your writing materials.
B. Small Group Coaching:
After these workshop sessions, your team is entitled to go through up to 3x sport-specific mental skills training with Edgar – hence, please indicate your team’s preferred time and date by next Wednesday. This session lasts only an hour, and is a session with your team only.
"Edgar is available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. So, please plan with your team and advisor so that we can schedule the venue for you too."
Please state at the tagboard which day you prefer for the mental skills training.
