Insurance Claim SOP
Hey Adroits, we received the information from Kevin about the insurance claim SOP so please take note.1) The initial submission must come in within 2 weeks of injuries to Kevin.
2) The follow up claims may be submitted when follow-up medical check up occurs. A new
form will need to be re-submitted to Kevin.
3) All claims must be accompany by original receipts.
4) Per incident claims are capped at $2000.
5) Any initial claims that are submitted after 2 weeks will not be entertained. However,
exception will be given on a case by case basis.
