Fund Raising
Hey girls, like Pei have said that she overheard some of us(including me), that we are having second thoughts about AFO. I would like to say that not that I am not interested but because of money issue that I'm stressed of. Sorry about bringing everybody's mood down but please keep the doubts back because Mei Wen have came up with a goody idea! It's FUND RAISING!Fund raising: Do something to get the money. (Hey hey hey! I did not mean steal or rob ar, I mean we can go think, make, sell.) Then, put the money into the fund and by the end of the day, we split it up for AFO.
Mei Wen's idea
• Bake cookies and sell as a team (in public)
• Collect order for shirt and sell (like the Nationals-I support black jersey)
• CAR WASH (aim for facilitators and then use the school's water!)
• Floorball Clinic for kids (target on primary school, or 3-on-3)
Mable's idea
· Looking for house cleaning job(so we can go clean together)
· Work towards festivals
(for e.g. Lantern festival, we make lanterns and sell)
(for e.g. Deepavali, we sell Vadei)
· Work at Pasar Malam that is at Causeway (each of us sell something)
· Do something that you’re best at and sell
(for e.g. Pei Pei is good at sleeping, sell her sleep la!)
· Go Orchard Road to sell ice cream just like those uncles! (Why not! We wear
sexy a bit la! Wahahaha!)
· Go Chinatown and get those cheap cheap puzzle books and sell it with a
profit. (If cannot sell all, we buy ourselves and do la)
