Floorball training program by yati
Hi girls,

Our graduate floorball senior, yati send us a "floorball training program".
This program will help us by periodizing the training throughout the year.

The objective: you will be understand and able to anticipate the peak period and periods which you need to maintain your fitness or periods to recover.

Also urge you all to perform gym to strengthen the legs and ankle as our sport have 'eaten' up some of our sportsmen. And then slowly develop your aerobic and anaerobic endurance. So to prevent further injuries from happening in future, this is encouraged.

GYM:

1A Db/BB Squat (3*10)
1B Chest Press (3*10)
2A Leg Curl (3*10)
2B Lats Pulldown/Seated Row (3*10)
3A Lunges (3*10)
3B MB Side Throw (3*15)
4A Butt Raises (3*15)
4B MB Crunches (3*15)
Ankle Exercises (3*20)
Alternate Crunches^ (3*15)
